Welcome to AmeriGo Car and RV Rentals. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, you must:
Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license with no major endorsements.
Provide valid identification and a major credit card for security and payment purposes.
2. Rental Requirements
All renters must comply with the following:
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
Mileage and fuel policies must be followed as per the rental agreement provided at pickup.
3. Reservation & Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed once the booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund, minus a small processing fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full or partial charge, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Vehicle Use
The vehicle may only be driven by individuals listed in the rental agreement.
The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities.
Smoking and pets (unless approved) are strictly prohibited in rental vehicles.
6. Liability
AmeriGo Car and RV Rentals is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Renters assume full responsibility for traffic violations, tolls, or other infractions during the rental period.
Insurance options may be offered; renters are encouraged to review and accept coverage to avoid financial liability.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We use Rentall’s secure cloud-based system to manage and store client information. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the rental location operates.
